Black Tie Soiree 2026: The Masquerade
October 21, 2026 | 6–10 PM | David’s Country Inn
Step into an evening of mystery, glamour, and revelry at Black Tie Soiree 2026: The Masquerade, an unforgettable night of music, dancing, indulgence, and a touch of theatrical surprise at the elegant David’s Country Inn hosted by the Hackettstown BID and Classic Ballroom Dance Studio.
On Wednesday, October 21, from 6-10 PM, guests are invited to dress to impress for an elevated Masquerade Ball experience. Think sophisticated black-tie style, elaborate masks, champagne, cocktails, dancing, and an evening designed to feel a little more extravagant than your average night out.
Your evening begins with a welcome glass of champagne, followed by an abundant selection of passed hors d’oeuvres, small plates, a sumptuous carving station, a pasta station, and other delicious bites throughout the evening. A cash bar will be available, with soft drinks and non-alcoholic beverages included.
A DJ will keep the dance floor moving throughout the night, with plenty of open dancing and unexpected moments of entertainment along the way. And for those who want to be part of something truly memorable, guests will have the opportunity to learn a special flash-mob-style group dance with Classic Ballroom Dance Studio. Four (4) consecutive complimentary dance classes will be offered to ticket holders on Mondays at 7pm at Classic Ballroom Dance Studio (Hastings Square, 470 Schooleys Mountain Rd) beginning September 28th. Participation in the dance is completely optional – but for those who join in, the result promises to be one of the evening’s most spectacular moments.
Masquerade masks are required. Black-tie attire is strongly encouraged. Think tuxedos and gowns, but the spirit is simply to dress elegantly and make the evening feel extraordinary.
Whether you arrive with a date, a group of friends, or ready to meet new people on the dance floor, come prepared for an evening of glamour, surprises, and a little bit of magic.
