Berk’s Furniture & Mattress is a rapidly growing Furniture Company in Search of a Full Time Customer Care Representative.

We are an independently operated business that is looking for a candidate that has excellent phone skills, organizational skills, and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering Phones
• Handling All Service issues, Ordering Parts, Scheduling Service, tracking Credits, liason with customers regarding Service
• Tracking All Open Sold Orders, Running Reports and Tracking orders in our Point of Sale system.
• Following up with manufacturers and customers regarding orders or to answer questions they might have regarding open orders
• Scheduling Deliveries
• Minor Clerical work
• Works quickly and efficiently.
• Quick learner, and very comfortable with computers and point of sale software, some excel necessary.
• Computer literate and efficient with time management
• This is the perfect job for someone who is looking for a great environment and doesn’t want to get on Route 80 to commute!
