Hackettstown BID is offering multiple internship positions within a non-profit organization. This opportunity involves project-based work within a supportive team that includes the Executive Director, Administrative Assistant, Board of Directors, committees and other interns.
BID internships highlight the daily operations of small business while engaging students, encouraging them to apply knowledge and skills in a supervised environment that allows for personal and professional growth.
Interns will be engaged in the many areas of business from interpersonal relations, communications, marketing, back-end office tasks, planning and development, and outreach. Interns will gain experience in public communication and interaction with the local community including small business owners, property owners, citizens, school administration and groups, and public officials.
