SUMMARY:2026 HACKETTSTOWN AREA SENIOR HALL OF FAME RECEPTION
DESCRIPTION:The Hackettstown Area Senior Hall of Fame was established in 1997 to recognize senior citizens in the Northwest New Jersey region who have made a significant impact on the lives of others in the community. The Senior Hall of Fame honorees are recognized during a celebration luncheon and ceremony in May\, which is Older Americans Month. This year’s luncheon will be held on Wednesday\, May 27th at David’s Country Inn in Hackettstown.  \nThe Hackettstown Area Senior Hall of Fame has inducted 274 members since its inception. This roster includes individuals from Warren County and adjacent parts of Hunterdon\, Morris and Sussex counties. We believe senior citizens are a vital group who contribute a great deal to their communities and society\, and we are honored to recognize those who have gone above and beyond in service to others. \nWe are happy to announce the  Class of 2026 Senior Hall of Fame.\n\nCarol and Bruce Hawthorne\nJames “Jim” Taylor\nElizabeth “Betsy” Hart & Dale Hart\nJosephine Noone\nFrancis X. Gavin\nRoyal and Ellen Nadeau\nAnn LaPadula\nMaria DiGiovanni\nAgnes Burke\nIndividuals who are 60 years of age or older as of January 1\, 2026\, are eligible to be nominated to the Senior Hall of Fame. Nominations will be accepted beginning January 12\, 2026\, and must be received by  Friday\, February 27 in order to be considered (no exceptions for late entries).
