The Hackettstown Business Improvement District announces nominations for the 2018 Board of Directors.  There are 5 seats available on the Board of Directors and include three (3) two-year terms for Business owner, and two (2) two-year terms for Property Owner.

Nominations will be accepted from Monday, December 11, 2017 until 12:00pm Friday, December 29, 2017, gathered through standard mail, sent to Hackettstown BID, 219 Main Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840 and via online submission form.  To nominate a Business Owner or Property Owner, go to the “2018 HBID Board Nomination” link below, or on the Hackettstown BID website,

Only members in good standing with the Hackettstown BID may make nominations, be nominated, and/or be elected, for directorships. A member in good standing is defined as a member whose current property assessment is paid in full. Members may nominate one candidate for each type of director position, and may also nominate themselves as a candidate.

Elections will be conducted via electronic ballot at the Hackettstown BID office (address above) from 9:00am Monday, January 8, 2018 until 5:00pm Friday, January 19, 2018. If you are unable to vote on the above dates, please contact the HBID Office to make other arrangements. Results will be announced on the BID website,, and WRNJ Radio, Friday January 26, 2018.

Directors will be sworn in during the Hackettstown BID Annual Meeting to be held at Hackettstown Town Hall, February 6, 2018 at 7:00pm.
