The Hackettstown Business Improvement District with WRNJ Radio and Wells Fargo, will hold the 4th Annual Scarecrow Contest presented by Visions Federal Credit Union. HKTWN BID businesses will be displaying scarecrows around town in this year’s theme: Kids Animated Movie Characters, taking inspiration from diverse characters, creepy and cute alike.
Last year, Hackettstown Health Foods, now located at 106 East Moore St., was the winner with a great scarecrow creation of Count Dooku from Star Wars.
