10th Annual Hometown Holiday

The 10th Annual Hackettstown Hometown Holiday is coming up Friday Dec. 4th, from  5:00PM-9:00PM. Featuring Santa and area community groups, it’s a fun night for all. Starting at Centenary College with Santa and Mrs. Claus in the front parlors of the Seay Administration building for story time, music, snacks and crafts.  The evening continues with the Grand Illumination and carriage rides. Take a carriage to the downtown area and enjoy lively entertainment, shopping and delicious food.

The Santa Parade begins at 7:00PM. Santa will march up Main Street arriving at the Gazebo Park on the corner of Main and Moore St. to light the Christmas tree. From there, he and the elves will go to Moore Street Firehouse for the annual FREE photo with Santa.

Throughout this festive Hometown celebration, enjoy singing, music and dancing.  Activities start at Centenary College, 5:00 pm through 6:30 pm and continue along Main Street and the downtown Gazebo area until 9:00 pm (weather permitting).  We invite you to the holiday spirit in Hackettstown, with festivities and many shops open late for the night.

Carriage Rides

Rides start directly in front of the Seay Administration Building at 5:00 pm, then starting at 6:00 pm they will take passengers from the Moore Street Firehouse.
