3rd Annual Scarecrow Contest
It’s that time of year! The HKTWN BID returns with their 3rd Annual Scarecrow Contest. The theme for Scarecrow Contest Entries is ‘Star Wars’ – so be creative and think of a Star Wars character that you would like to create in scarecrow form.
