Everything we do starts with some sort of movement. Stan (that's me) developed a program of slow controlled movement, The exercises allows seniors, or disabled, no matter their condition to improve their capabilities.
Knowing that any movement is better than none, seniors who participate in the various levels of the program are amazed at how much they can actually do, and how much they can increase their potential.
